BATON ROUGE, La. (March 29, 2006) -- AppOne, an Internet-based financial technology services provider that connects independent dealers with lenders, announced late last week a strategic alliance with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services through its Bankers Systems brand.
As part of this alliance, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services provides loan documentation and forms for lenders using the AppOne loan application system. According to officials, independent dealers access these forms, which include retail installment contracts and other documents such as state DMV forms, using AppOne's online Web-based platform.
"We chose to align with AppOne because our services and products complement each other and make it easier for both lenders and dealers to conduct the loan booking process," said John Bryant, senior vice president of banking at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. "The combined offering provides an enhanced level of customer service for dealers and a way to boost profitability for lenders."
AppOne Chief Executive Officer Lee Domingue noted, "The alliance between Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and AppOne provides a solution to both lenders and independent dealers that helps to manage the burden of compliance. Plus, using our one-click laser form printing capabilities saves dealers' time when completing the loan process, enabling them to focus more on selling cars."
