CARY, N.C. — Agendas continue to fill and several exciting developments are underway for the Auto Remarketing Forum Series spring conferences. Among them is an impressive lineup already in place for the 2007 Used Car Manager Spring Training Conference, to be held from April 24-25.
To share latest tips and insights into today's evolving marketplace are some leading trainers including: David Kain, of KainAutomotive.com, on best practices for Internet advertising and sales; a top executive from AutoTrader.com, on understanding Internet advertising for the dealership; Marc Smith, of Cardone Group, on the newest and most effective desking skills; David Walsh, of CenterOne, on handling objections and closing the sale with confidence; Mark Cohen, of Auto Advisory, on compliance and legal issues on the sale of used cars; and Mark Walsh, of Mark Walsh International, on improving closing ratios and retaining gross.
Designed to help dealers and managers reach their operational goals, the 2007 Used Car Manager Spring Training Conference will offer valuable "how to" workshops with an emphasis on maximizing the billions of dollars dealers will spend on Internet advertising and sales. Additional skills and training topics include sales management, desking skills, sales staff training for greater retention, inventory management, fundamental skills training and search engine optimization.
David Kain of KainAutomotive.com will stay on after the UCM Conference to address executives at the used car industry's annual technology conference, iRemarketing 2.0.
In a style set forth by the preceding conference, Kain, with experience as a dealer at the top of FordDirect.com and as a technology expert, will speak about the opportunities surrounding the next generation of technology in the used-car industry.
"The business world is changing so fast. Those not on the cutting edge can be left behind," pointed out Bill Zadeits, conference co-chair. "David will address the 'next generation' of online opportunities and offer industry executives valuable insight into the ever-changing, and sometimes perplexing, tool called the Internet."
Discussion panels and workshops will be the prevailing format at iRemarketing 2.0, with conference topics ranging from maximizing next generation technology to improve remarketing returns, to solving the logistics challenge to transportation, to creating an online wholesale buying and selling environment that results in a win for both consignors and dealers, and more.
Both conferences will take place at The Westin Westminster in Denver, Colo.
Early bird registration and group discounts are available through April 2. To see more information, visit www.autoremarketingconferences.com, or call Jennifer Ingulli, events manager, at (800) 608-7500, ext. 135.
