CARY, N.C. — Auto Remarketing Forum Series announced this week that a business innovator will share his unique strategic insight on certified pre-owned sales at the upcoming CPO Forum.
In addition to an already stellar lineup, the CPO Forum will feature Paul Stowe, director of NCM Associates, who will share his presentation on "Successful CPO Strategies — Increasing the Dealer's Bottom Line with Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles."
Part of NCM's operations includes the "20 Group" program, which facilitates sharing of techniques, ideas and practices between comparable dealerships. According to NCM, 20 Group moderators can firmly recognize the specific needs and challenges that are unique to individual groups.
"Paul brings a unique, invaluable expertise to the CPO Forum, especially considering his experience with NCM's much-respected 20 Groups and industry-leading work with CPO programs," commented Bill Zadeits, co-chair of the event. "Dealers and automakers will have the chance to learn groundbreaking, valuable strategies that they can immediately implement within their individual CPO operations."
Zadeits continued: "As dealers and manufacturers look to maximize the emerging market of certified pre-owned vehicles, it is imperative that they continue to learn and improve their operations. The goal of the CPO Forum is to take the next step on an industry-wide basis to champion the opportunity that is CPO."
"Paul's insight and credibility certainly strengthen what is a very dynamic lineup of industry leaders and experts," Zadeits added.
The CPO Forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in Michigan from April 7 to 9.
