DALLAS — ADP Dealer Services recently announced that it has partnered with SiSTeR Technologies.

According to officials, the deal with SiSTeR Technologies now allows ADP's Digital Marketing program and the company's subsidiary, Digital Motorworks, to provide dealers with video content for their Web sites.

SiSTeR Technologies' Video Car Lot is designed to take existing photography and vehicle data (from dealer management systems and third-party sources) and then create video content for the dealer.

Essentially, the VCL program puts the photographs together with audio content provided by text-to-speech technology, the company noted.

Additionally, there are short advertisements before and after each video, designed to let the dealer highlight his store.

"The integration of our 3DF player with the Digital Marketing platform will allow for the inclusion of additional vehicle information, such as vehicle history reports and OEM pre-owned certification, in our VCL solution," explained Israel Alpert, president and chief executive officer of SiSTeR Technologies.

Added Bill Reilly, vice president of ADP Digital Marketing: "We think dealers are going to be very excited about this new technology to promote their dealerships and vehicles."

"The potential reach is as broad as the Internet.  Wherever a prospect can surf a dealer's inventory, he or she can view the video of that vehicle — whether it's a PC, a smart phone, or any handheld device," Reilly continued. "It's a turn-key digital solution that requires no additional effort by dealership personnel. We hope to see impressive click-through rates, driving leads to dealerships."
