IRVINE, Calif. -

The Orange County Register recently named AutoGravity, Experian and Lexus of Westminster three of its 2017 Top Workplace award winners.

AutoGravity announced that it has made it onto the annual list of 140 top companies in Orange County, Calif., for the second year in a row.

“Over the past year, Team AutoGravity has doubled in size to over a hundred AutoGraviteers, all of whom share a common vision: revolutionizing the way people buy and finance their cars,” AutoGravity chief operating officer Nicholas Stellman said in a news release.

“The diversity and ambition of our team is what makes AutoGravity such a special place to work. With an employee retention rate of more than 90 percent, our rapidly growing team has built an award-winning FinTech platform that has sparked over $1 billion in vehicle financing requests in just our second year of operation," he said.

Top Workplaces lists are based on employee feedback survey material administered by research firm WorkplaceDynamics, which specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement, according to the company.

Additionally, the employee feedback survey measures several components of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
