CARMEL, Ind. -

To reinforce what the company can do for its dealer customers, ADESA recently produced a video highlighting how used-car managers can leverage several solutions to keep them at the store to do what they do best — retail more vehicles.

ADESA senior vice president of dealer services Tim Zierden emphasized that one of the company’s goals is supporting our dealer customers with quality tools and services to help them increase profits and dealership revenue.

“Dealers are retail-oriented first and that’s exactly where they should be,” Zierden said. “They don’t spend the same amount of time understanding the tools and services that are available to them in the wholesale marketplace.

“What we do in our dealer services group at ADESA is we try to educate the dealers on all of the opportunities that are available to them to both increase their profits through selling cars but also how to buy cars more efficiently using our online set of tools,” Zierden continued.

To help them address this challenge, ADESA put together a video to educate dealers on how they can utilize tools such as ADESA DealerBlock, AuctionTrac Dealer App and CarsArrive to enhance their business.

“A big challenge we face is helping dealers come up with ideas to capitalize on missed opportunities for profit,” Zierden said.
