ARLINGTON, Texas — The National Independent Automobile
Dealers Association recently named a new national member benefit partner,
adding United Auto Credit, a national non-prime to near-prime indirect
automotive lender.

United Auto Credit programs include:

—Financing for customers in open and recently discharged
bankruptcies at an interest rate set to gain approval from trustees across the
country

—A cash income program for customers who are unable to
provide regular monthly pay stubs

—A GPS program that enables financing of the most credit
challenged customers

—GAP and warranty
programs designed to protect customers and enhance their dealers' bottom line

"Because NIADA and United Auto Credit share the common goal
of making our dealer partners more successful, and ultimately more profitable,
becoming a National Member Benefit Partner of the association is a natural for
us," United Auto Credit president and chief executive officer Jim Vagim said.

"The success and ability of United Auto Credit to achieve
our objectives stems directly from our ability to provide value and ensure that
our dealers succeed," Vagim continued.

NIADA now has nearly national member benefit partners for
services ranging from financing solutions to key security and sales training.

"We are thrilled to have United Auto Credit as our newest NIADA
National Member Benefit Partner," said Scott Lilja, senior vice president of member
services at NIADA. "They provide best in class subprime finance programs to our
member dealers, ensuring that retail deliveries can be made with the confidence
that their profit is intact and their contracts will be funded promptly.

"United Auto Credit provides programs and service that will
benefit all of our dealership members," Lilja went on to say.
