Web marketing and online reputation company Digital Air Strike is partnering with Edmunds.com to make is easier for dealers to leverage public reviews.

The move means Digital Air Strike’s survey technology will be integrated with Edmunds.com to allow dealers to turn consumer survey feedback into public reviews on Edmunds.com — serving to increase the number and frequency of reviews, as well as provide different info for potential customers than the average online review.

With online vehicle shopping becoming more and more prevalent, reviews and customer feedback is becoming increasingly important to dealers looking to stand out from the competition.

Digital Air Strike also offers this service on Cars.com, as well.

The integration is available for dealers using Digital Air Strike’s Review Surge 3.0 solution, which automatically generates a survey after a customer buys or services a vehicle at a dealership. 

Here’s how it works.

The dealership’s DMS will trigger a survey with the option for the customer to leave feedback on Edmunds.com once their feedback passes the site’s moderation process.
