ST. LOUIS -

Enterprise Holdings announced Tuesday that it has a new vice president of remarketing sales and operations for the company’s Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

Named to the position is Nate Lattimer, who succeeds Mike Bystrom.

Bystrom has been promoted to a senior executive position within the company.

In the new role, Lattimer heads up vehicle remarketing for all North American operations and oversees more than 400 local account representatives.

He has been with Enterprise since 1996, when he came aboard as a management trainee before being promoted to management posts in Memphis, Tenn., and Louisville, Ky.

Lattimer became corporate fleet manager for the West Coast in 2008 and was promoted to assistant vice president of fleet for the West Cost in 2011.

“When Nate joined the corporate team, he quickly became a key player and consistent top performer, thanks to his ability to listen, react and lead,” said Kurt Kohler, senior vice president of fleet acquisition and remarketing for Enterprise Holdings.

The company indicated that one of Lattimer’s many successes during his time at Enterprise was leading the integration of fleet strategy and remarketing for the company’s West Coast operations, which has resulted in significant sales volume growth for the West Coast.

Lattimer said his vision for his new position is “to be the unchallenged leader in the industry, with an elite, efficient sales force, while at the same time recognized as an outstanding industry partner.”

He is based at corporate headquarters in St. Louis.
