ST. LOUIS -

This week, MetroGistics promoted three of its employees into managerial positions at the automotive logistics services provider.

Brittany Twist, Alisha Bray and Alycia Lamartina all have new roles as Twist is now claims manager while Bray and Lamartina are both operations managers

“We’re thrilled to promote all three valued employees,” MetroGistics co-founder and managing partner William Billiter said. “These individuals have been successful assets to our logistics team, continuously offering expertise and solutions.”

Along with this promotion, MetroGistics highlighted that Twist is on track to receive her Certified Insurance Counselor designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. She holds a certification on damage analysis and structural damage from the National Auto Auction Association.

Twist has attended St. Louis Community College for business management and marketing/public relations. She will be celebrating her fifth year with MetroGistics in May.

Bray graduated from Missouri State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in general business and finance. Her career with MetroGistics started on the first day of business when she began working full-time straight out of college. She has worked in nearly every department at one point or another, growing her knowledge about operations.

Ultimately, Metrogistics mentioned Bray looks forward to continuing the growth of the team while spreading knowledge throughout the group.

Lamartina graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2011 from University of Missouri-Saint Louis. She grew up in the transportation industry, becoming a third-generation logistics dispatcher. Both her father and grandfather worked in the logistics field.

“I am proud to work for a company that is constantly expanding and allowing room for employees to advance from within,” Lamartina said. “I know I will face new challenges, but am excited to learn and achieve new endeavors for our company on a personal level. I am looking forward to helping take MetroGistics to the next level.”
