Cherokee Media Group and the Best Companies Group (BCG) of Pennsylvania are working together again on another project to highlight flourishing automotive industry operations.
On Monday, Auto Fin Journal launched Best Places to Work in Auto Finance and Fintech, a free workplace study that recognizes the best companies to work for on an unranked basis. It is absolutely free for companies to participate.
For auto-finance providers and fintech firms to participate, a company representative or contact needs to opt in at this website by May 29.
Cherokee Media Group already has been orchestrating a similar project.
Auto Remarketing’s Best Auto Auctions to Work For, presented by CARS Recon, has been produced since 2016. President Bill Zadeits explained why Cherokee Media Group took on this initiative.
“The development and successes generated by today’s auto finance companies and fintech firms are incredible,” Zadeits said. “These operations respond to challenges by diverse customer bases all while remaining nimble to navigate accelerating market changes.
“Stemming from the four years of success in connection with Best Auto Auctions to Work For, it was natural for Cherokee Media Group to expand its endeavors with the Best Companies Group (BCG) to launch Best Places to Work in Auto Finance and Fintech,” Zadeits continued.
“We invite well-established companies as well as startups to participate in this exciting project,” he went on to say. “The findings will reinforce how exciting the auto finance and fintech industries are.”
Auto Fin Journal, teaming with the Best Companies Group (BCG) in Pennsylvania, underwrites the study. The study is managed by BCG, and the data is analyzed 100% by the staff at BCG. Best Companies Group directly administers all surveys and manages and analyzes all data and information that is gathered.
The Best Companies Group assesses the data from the group of auctions choosing to participate and develops metrics and standards based on that data to determine which companies are named to the list of Best Places to Work in Auto Finance and Fintech.
It’s either pass or fail, and ONLY those companies that pass will be included in results. Auto Fin Journal will NOT publish information on companies that participate and do not meet the criteria required. And, again, there are no rankings.
Participation and earned recognition can impact general marketing, recruiting and promoting your brand as an employer. It can lead to applications climbing and turnover dropping, and offers participants a chance to better understand the viewpoint of your employees and see how you stack up against your peers.
There is also an opportunity to purchase the full “BCG Employee Feedback Report” that outlines metrics like key confidential feedback and benchmarking data.
Winners will be recognized both in the September/October edition of Auto Fin Journal and during the Auto Fin Con segment of Used Car Week, which is being held Nov. 16-20 at the Westin Keirland in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Registration is now open. More information and answers to many of your questions also can be found at www.bestplacestoworkautofinance.com.
Auto Fin Journal and its print, digital, email and social media channels will be keeping you posted as this project progresses.
