MT. LAUREL, N.J. — Automotive Resources International recently promoted two executives in its information technology department.

Taking over as director of systems and programming will be Tony Candeloro, while Dan O'Callahan now will serve as director of information technology.

During the past year, ARI said that Candeloro assumed responsibility for pre- and post-sales support in the imaging systems and overseeing operations. He has been with the company since 1990 and has served as manager for both the internal systems development and systems and programming departments. Candeloro also has managed corporate priority projects.

ARI highlighted that O'Callahan has built a tight-knit, cohesive team and creates synergies between the areas he manages. Company executives also praised him for his sound judgment in finding the best technology solutions to address the company's growing needs.

O'Callahan also started with ARI in 1990 and has held numerous positions in the company's IT department, including assistant manager of technical service

"In the past few years, both individuals have assumed broader responsibilities, demonstrated leadership qualities and led their teams to exceed their departmental goals in support of ARI's strategic plan," noted Bill Kwelty, ARI's chief information officer.
