WESTCHESTER, Ill. -

IAA now offers a new transportation service designed to allow buyers to digitally order transportation for purchased vehicles at the time of checkout or post-payment.

The all-new IAA Transport "accelerates" the transportation process, the company says, and offers customers the option to order vehicle transport digitally and in real-time.

"IAA Transport is a significant advancement in our industry, streamlining the transportation process to ensure easier and more efficient delivery of purchased vehicles," said Justin Mahlik, who is senior vice president of global buyer development and data at IAA, in a news release.

"Our buyers are excited about this capability, which represents another example of IAA’s ability to leverage technology and innovation to provide efficiency and meaningful value to our growing buyer base."

When using IAA Transport, customers skip the process of manually booking transportation for purchased vehicles. IAA is responsible for all vehicle movement, and currently offers IAA Transport across U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Europe. Select global markets are set to open up and follow in the future.

Customers can order transport at the time of payment, and they can keep tabs on the tracking updates via IAA's platform.

IAA Transport is being launched at an opportune time, as the company continues to expand:
