DEARBORN, Mich. -
A service program that Lincoln rolled out this summer — giving its dealers another strong avenue to attract customers — has been made permanent by the luxury automaker.
The Lincoln Complimentary Maintenance Program acts as supplement to the automaker’s 50,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. Also included under the program are oil and filter changes, tire rotations and multi-point inspections during as many as eight service visits, officials explained.
The program was initially rolled out in June and was applicable toward certain 2010 model-year leases and purchases. Now, it is permanent for all 2011 model-year Lincoln units.
“We are redefining the Lincoln customer ownership experience,” stated C.J. O’Donnell, Lincoln group marketing manager.
“Lincoln Complimentary Maintenance is just one example of Ford Motor Co.’s commitment to elevating the Lincoln brand and experience,” O’Donnell added.
