The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is collaborating with the automotive service industry on measuring the usage of OEM service information websites used by independent service shops.

To help compile data, ASA is asking dealers to participate in a short 10 question survey.

“There are 10 simple questions that will require only a few minutes of your time,” ASA said.

Officials indicated survey results will be shared at a later date in AutoInc, the official magazine published by ASA.
