A company that says female customers account for more than 80 percent of all automotive purchase decisions in North America this week announced a significant expansion of its product offerings to help auto retailers connect with this important market. .

On Tuesday, AskPatty.com said it is growing the ways its network of Certified Female Friendly auto retailers connects and interacts with female customers.  

The company’s flagship product is the Certified Female Friendly program, which offers retailers and their employees a comprehensive training program on how to better serve female customers. The program also includes ongoing marketing support via webinars, consultations, email tips, and customizable promotional materials.

Jody DeVere, AskPatty.com chief executive officer, says the new programs will give certified businesses even more tools to serve their customers.

According to the company, new products added to the AskPatty.com suite in 2013 include:

• An updated AskPatty Go!Social program, offering a social media management solution including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest management.

• AskPatty Go!Schedule, a solution for repair shops and consumers, which connects consumers on the AskPatty.com website directly with a Certified Female Friendly Service Location nearby, and allows them to schedule a service visit immediately via the site.
