DealerSocket announced their most recent service retention product this week aimed at increasing dealers’ return service business opportunities.

The program, MarketPlace Loyalty, is pre-paid maintenance product that works by aiding dealers with the task of getting back in contact with customers via email, phone and postal mail with DealerSocket’s customer relationship management solutions.

According to DealerSocket, this new program can help retain 36 percent more service customers for dealers and lowers the risk by being completely customer-funded at the time of their initial purchase. They also say that dealerships that implemented the program saw their marketing expenses decline by an average of 61 percent.
