DAYTON, Ohio -

This week, Reynolds and Reynolds launched the Reynolds LAW Massachusetts F&I Library, a comprehensive catalog of standardized, legally reviewed finance and insurance documents. The LAW library was developed by Reynolds Document Services in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association (MSADA).

“We are pleased to collaborate with the Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association on the Reynolds LAW Massachusetts F&I Library,” said Jerry Kirwan, senior vice president and general manager of Reynolds Document Services.

“The MSADA, as well as our other dealer association partners, recognize the value LAW documents provide in standardizing and streamlining the vehicle-purchasing process in the dealership, helping mitigate risk for dealers, and improving the car-buying experience for consumers,” Kirwan continued.

The LAW Massachusetts F&I Library will be maintained by Reynolds director of compliance Terry O'Loughlin and Reynolds' compliance legal specialists who are certified by the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals (AFIP). They will coordinate with the MSADA.

“Part of the MSADA's mission is to promote compliance with federal and state laws and regulations,” said Robert O’Koniewski, executive vice president of MSADA.

“The LAW F&I forms are an ideal tool to aid in that task. The documents are regularly reviewed to help ensure legal compliance,” O’Koniewski added. “Plus, the organized forms library helps support an efficient F&I process that can help reduce contracting errors, shave time off the car buying process, and improve the overall dealership experience for car buyers.”
