Security National Automotive Acceptance Co. shared details about the appointment of three senior-level leaders and five new team member additions on Tuesday.

The company tapped Mason, Ohio resident Robert Davis as director of collections. Davis most recently served as the area general manager of the Cincinnati and Columbus regions in Ohio for Exeter Finance Corp. He previously held leadership positions at Wells Fargo Dealer Services and Toyota Financial Services.

Kevin Monahan, a resident of Anderson, Ohio, was promoted to director of servicing. Monahan served as a collection manager at SNAAC before the announcement, managing a staff of more than 40 people and an accounts receivable portfolio that have doubled in size during his tenure.

Jaci Minges Nunnelley, another Mason resident, was promoted to senior manager of training and quality assurance. Nunnelley started her career at SNAAC in 2003 as a collector, and has made significant contributions and been promoted through positions in IT, customer service and quality throughout her 12-year tenure at the company.

SNAAC also recently hired five new additional team members:

• Laura Alexander (Fairfax, Ohio), accountant

• Jason Baumgartner (Hyde Park, Ohio), senior financial analyst

• Sean Boggess (West Chester, Ohio), network supervisor

• Sheila Eckert (North Lebanon, Ohio), IT project manager

• Bradley Felix (Hyde Park), senior portfolio risk analyst

“SNAAC welcomes this group of talented new directors, managers and team members to our growing workforce,” SNAAC president and chief executive officer Brian McDonald said.

“Our team grew by 25 percent last year to more than 250 employees and we are continuing to hire for many positions in various departments in 2015,” McDonald added.
