Security National Automotive Acceptance Co. (SNAAC) was recently named a top workplace in the Cincinnati area, due to positive feedback from employees.

SNAAC announced that it has been selected as one of Greater Cincinnati’s Top Workplaces for the third time in the past four years. The distinction is determined solely by employee feedback surveys complied by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm that conducts employee feedback programs across the United States.

“Our team is our greatest asset,” Grant Skeens, president and chief executive officer of SNAAC, said in a news release. “Our focus on growing our business is facilitating new openings, opportunities for advancement and new responsibilities for associates and managers. It’s an exciting time to be part of the SNAAC team.”

SNAAC cites multiple benefits of being an employee, including “flexible scheduling opportunities, paid volunteer time, casual dress attire and an array of activities” such as office parties and corporate outings. The company also contributes thousands of dollars every year to the USA Cares programs to assist veterans in their transition from military to civilian life.

SNAAC was also named at Greater Cincinnati Top Workplace in 2013 and 2015.
