FORT MYERS, Fla. -

Carvana announced Wednesday that it has expanded into the Fort Myers, Fla., area, making the area its fifth market in the Sunshine State.

Residents of the Fort Myers and Naples area can now join Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Tampa customers who can shop Carvana’s more than 8,500 vehicles and schedule as-soon-as-next-day vehicle delivery.

“Carvana made its Florida debut less than two years ago, and in that short time we’ve seen more people across the state welcoming the new way to buy a car,” Carvana founder and chief executive officer Ernie Garcia said in a news release. “We’re so pleased we can now bring Fort Myers and Naples area residents into the Florida Carvana family.”

Carvana has made vehicle deliveries to customers in 48 states. It provides free delivery in 42 markets.
