KANSAS CITY, Kan. -

Carvana announced Wednesday that it has broadened its presence in the Midwest with the launching of free vehicle delivery in the Kansas City market.

Customers in the Kansas City metro area can now shop Carvana’s more than 9,000 vehicles and schedule as-soon-as-next-day vehicle delivery.

“Whether taking in the latest exhibit at the Nelson-Atkins, cheering on Sporting KC or checking out City Market on Saturday morning, Kansas City has so much to explore,” Carvana founder and chief executive officer Ernie Garcia said in a news release.

“Carvana wants KC residents to spend their weekends with friends and family enjoying their city, not haggling for hours at a dealership. We’re pleased to make Kansas City our first market launch of the year, and look forward to bringing them a much more enjoyable way to buy a car,” Garcia continued.

Carvana has made vehicle deliveries to customers in 48 states. It provides free delivery in 45 markets.
