DALLAS -

Predicting that the number of mobile subscribers using apps will rise to 4.4 billion in the next three years, one company has launched a new product to help auto dealers capitalize on the boom while building loyalty in the service lane.

ELEAD1ONE this week announced the launch of ELEAD LoyaltyLink, a consumer-facing mobile app the company says provides “service-driven updates and sales-based marketing solutions, along with a dealership-driven reward and incentive program.”

The intended benefit for auto dealers is a quick, effective way to deliver targeted messages to mobile device users.

“Seventeen percent of mobile subscribers use apps, and this is forecasted to grow at almost 30 percent each year, reaching 4.4 billion by 2017,” said Bill Wittenmyer, partner of ELEAD1ONE, a division of Data Software Services LLC. “Most dealers have yet to embrace a mobile marketing strategy that will capitalize on this growing industry in a multi-faceted manner.

“ELEAD LoyaltyLink seamlessly integrates the dealers’ existing CRM system with their loyalty program to provide the most powerful marketing and retention platform for the largest profit center of a dealership — the service drive,” he said.

Through ELEAD LoyaltyLink, customers are instantly connected with up-to-date service and vehicle history information, along with built-in service reminders, vehicle-specific incentives and coupons, and the ability to schedule service appointments that push into the dealers’ DMS in real time.

Also, customers can accumulate loyalty points tailored to a customized dealership-driven incentive program, designed to retain the customer for service needs and future car purchases.

This tool also offers complete transparency throughout the buying process, company officials note, allowing customers to appraise their trade, search current dealership inventory and submit retail or lease offers.

ELEAD LoyaltyLink is fully integrated with ELEAD CRM to record all communication inside the customer record, and is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
