Gubagoo recently rolled-out Parts Directory, which has been added to its platform to deliver auto parts information to dealers instantly, the company announced Sunday.

With Parts Directory, consumers can now request vehicle part details from the company using live chat or text message.

In minutes, dealers using the newly integrated auto parts directory can see parts and get a description with pricing, according to Gubagoo.

During a live chat, Gubagoo operators perform searches by looking up vehicle information such as VIN, year, make, model and part name.

“Gubagoo Parts Directory is a great way for dealerships to acquire new leads and boost parts revenue. It also saves time for dealerships – who no longer need to field cold calls from parts-seeking customers – and for consumers who, in today’s fast-moving world, don’t want to wait while someone flips through a catalogue,” Gubagoo founder and chief executive officer Brad Title said in a news release.
