NCM Associates announced Tuesday that it is offering an annual training subscription plan for dealers that includes unlimited access to core NCM Institute courses for all managers across multiple dealership points.
This access is provided for 12 months and lets managers take as many courses as they want to during that period. The NCM Institute’s core curriculum includes general management, service management, used-vehicle management, general sales management and dealership financial management.
“This annual training program provides your dealership with access to 10 programs and over 191 hours of rigid, rigorous training information, materials and resources,” stated NCM Associates president and chief executive officer Paul Faletti Jr.
Dealers are charged a monthly service fee under the subscription, based on how many locations they include on their plan.
