OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -

NCM Associates opened a new office this week in Park City, Utah, a facility that will serve as the base for NCM axcessa sales and client support.

The company highlighted the new office also includes a training center to assist new and existing axcessa clients in maximizing their dealerships’ data in ways that can give visibility and control to impact operating performance each and every day.

The space is shared with NCM Associates partner Reverse Risk, the technology solutions provider behind the Web-based auto dealership data management solution, NCM axcessa.

“Clients on the cloud-based axcessa dealership data management platform have always had unlimited and complimentary phone and Web-based training and support, but taking time away from the dealership to learn about data management and security — as well as all the features and functionality axcessa offers a car dealership — is going to give them a much better understanding of the power and protection axcessa offers to their dealerships,” said Paul Faletti Jr., president and chief executive officer of NCM Associates.

Located near several popular NCM Dealer 20 Group meeting facilities, the company mentioned the office is a convenient and comfortable venue for hosting ancillary group activities such as manager group meetings and special training programs.

The Park City office will also be used as a Western Region training facility for the NCM Institute’s retail automotive management education programs.

In addition, the NCM axcessa team will be working side-by-side with the ReverseRisk programming experts to ensure that axcessa continues to evolve as the industry changes.

Jerry Seiner Dealerships president and CEO Chris Hemmersmeier said, “As a long-time NCM client, we are excited to have a local presence so that my team can continue their ongoing training and best practice discussion and analytics with the experts at NCM.

“As Utah’s largest GM dealer, we are committed to ensuring that our team members have access to the best technology and resources in the business and the NCM team and axcessa software play a key role in that process,” Hemmersmeier went on to say.
