FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

TruePartners USA announced last week that its TrueFrame business unit has changed names to CARSPX.

The inspection services provider also has a new website: www.carspx.com.

Company management and staff have not changed.

“As part of our heavy focus for consumer awareness throughout the country, our success will be directly measured on how well we embrace and educate this new generation of automobile shopper’s with truthful and quality information which is needed to make confident sight unseen online purchases, while creating complete transparency for the seller. The all new CARSPX app will allow buyers and sellers the ability to schedule inspections, complete a fun, fast and easy interactive condition report, and then launch it directly to any selling platform right from their device,” chief executive officer Frank Lynch said in a news release.

“With our exciting new mobile inspection technologies, and expansion of our B2B national footprint, our leadership team believes it was appropriate to rebrand our company to more specifically reflect what we do,” he added. “This comes at a time when vision followed by actions from entrepreneurs like us are needed to service the smartest generation. We have created the most comprehensive inspection report that affords a consumer to the information needed to say yes to the deal before they personally visit the dealership.”

Lynch went on to add: “Our goal when we acquired the company in July was to create inspection products and services to span multiple platforms and industries. In response to customer demand, we continue to aggressively pursue that focused objective as technology has evolved to allow us to build the almost impossible.”

CARSPX operations in 30 U.S. markets and services more than 1,200 dealerships.
