SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. –
Here's one way to look at crowdsourcing platform WeGoLook: "the Uber of inspections," as chief executive officer Robin Smith puts it.
Smith said the company, which was based on the business-to-consumer model but has "organically grown B2B," can set up everything from on-demand car inspections to "low-complex custom tasking" chores like picking up power of attorney documents.
"It's like having your own army of (inspection) agents nationwide," Smith said.
WeGoLook provides its services for assets as diverse as yellow iron or heavy equipment, but its main focus is on automotive, Smith said.
