CHICAGO -

One presenter, who focused his workshop on driving online customer traffic at the 2012 NADA Convention & Expo, will be speaking again at this year’s upcoming event.

Pat Ryan Jr., founder of FirstLook and MAX Systems, will present again in Orlando, but this time, “he’ll share the secrets behind hooking young shoppers,” officials noted.

Ryan’s workshop will give attendees insight into proprietary research and analysis the company contends “unlocks the motivations and behaviors of today’s under-40 online consumer” as well as the “keys to a more successful online strategy.”

“With a majority of traffic coming from the Internet, a lot of interest lies in what people do online — especially emerging shoppers in their 20s and 30s,” says Ryan. “The results of recent research reveal that the traditional buying funnel is no longer accurate when looking at the consumer decision-making process. This session will help guide a new way of thinking.”

The presentation will focus on what specific needs are really driving young shoppers’ online activities.

The NADA 2013 workshop, titled “How to win shoppers in Their 20s and 30s,” will be held on Friday at two different times and locations.

—12:15 p.m. (EST), room 304AB
—3:45 p.m., room 304CD

The workshop will also be held on Feb.  11, at 10:30 a.m in Room 204.
