ST. LOUIS -

Reconditioning technology provider Dent Wizard International announced on Monday it recently moved its F&I division and customer service and claims management team to a new call center at a facility located one mile from the company’s headquarters in St. Louis.

Dent Wizard said the move is in response to continued growth of its F&I business.

The team of employees housed at the new call center has tripled in four years, according to the company.

“This investment in our team of dedicated, domestic employees is another example of our commitment to superior customer service and quality control,” said Dent Wizard director of F&I operations Corey Schroeder. “We believe our industry-leading products and services are the best because they’re delivered and managed by our staff and techs, with minimal reliance on out-sourced people.”

Along with the move, Dent Wizard's transitioned to using NewVoiceMedia, a web-based communications service at its new call center.

NewVoiceMedia operates on a Salesforce Service Cloud platform that won’t be impacted if landline phone system failure were to occur at the new call center.

The call center is located at 1801 Riverport Drive in Maryland Heights, Mo.
