NextGear Capital announced on Tuesday that the company moved its vice president of customer service over to be its vice president of operations and business development for the Western region of the United States.

Now with oversight of the rapidly developing growth throughout the Western region is Randy Dohse.

NextGear Capital chief operating officer Shane O’Dell stated, “To fully accommodate our growing dealer base and field presence, we’re making strategic moves to stay one step ahead of our customers’ changing needs.

“We need decisive people in key positions to maintain and develop growth throughout. Randy has the knowledge and experience to reach critical goals and further our potential throughout the Western region of the country,” O’Dell continued.

Dohse began working with NextGear Capital’s predecessor, Dealer Services Corp., in 2005 and held numerous leadership positions throughout the company.

In response to his new role, Dohse said, “NextGear Capital continues to develop and offer high-demand products and services for the automotive remarketing industry.

“Dealers and auctions throughout the Western region of the nation have always been great customers, and I’m eager to begin working with them to further their business success,” he went on to say.

Serving more than 17,000 dealers and more than 1,000 auctions across North America, company executives reiterated that NextGear Capital continues to focus on its customer-centric approach throughout the U.S. and Canada.
