POWAY, Calif. — First Advantage CREDCO announced Monday it has partnered with software company Advent Resources. As part of this deal, the company is planning to use Advent Resources customer relationship management program in its prospector Internet, bankruptcy and lead operations.

Officials note that the incorporation is designed to help dealers more efficiently pursue and manage leads in their respective markets.

"Our integration with First Advantage CREDCO offers dealers the solutions they need to identify in-market prospects and to manage the lifecycle of a consumer's automotive buying process," explained Tim Gill, Advent Resources president. "A consumer's decision to purchase a vehicle doesn't usually happen quickly, since most conduct a fair amount of research and comparison shopping first."

"Now we can provide dealers the tools they need to effectively communicate with consumers — and manage their purchasing expectations — throughout the buying lifecycle," Gill continued.

Eric Rumsey, president of First Advantage CREDCO, added, "Our expanded relationship with Advent Resources enables our mutual customers to access quality consumer leads in an efficient manner.

"Our suite of lead solutions allows dealers to optimally manage their contact strategy so they can maximize their marketing results and sales opportunities as consumers shop for and purchase vehicle," Rumsey noted.
