Five Canadian auction companies are coming together to form a united entity.

Michener Allen Auctioneering, Jardine Auctioneers, North Toronto Auction, Weaver Auctions and Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions — all owned by Euro Auctions Group — are now part of United Auctions, a new corporate identity operating seven locations nationwide under a single brand.

In a news release, the company said United Auctions consolidates the strengths and expertise of the regional brands to form “a powerful national network, offering comprehensive asset disposal solutions across Canada.”

“United Auctions represents the next step in our evolution,” Euro Auctions founder Derek Keys said. “It allows us to unify our vision, amplify our impact in the Canadian market and deliver a more consistent message, both nationally and locally, while preserving the trusted brands our customers know.”

The individual auctions within United Auctions will continue to operate under their existing names, the company said, maintaining the customer relationships, local expertise and brand recognition built within their regions.

United Auctions serves as a unifying identity designed to answer key strategic needs: establishing a collective national name for the group of auction companies, strengthening marketing efforts in Canada and internationally, and communicating a unified asset disposal solution across all seven sites.

“For our customers, this is about simplicity and scale,” North Toronto Auction managing director and founder Matt Rispin said, “one connected network that delivers the same trusted service, no matter where they do business with us, creating a national footprint to meet all clients’ remarketing needs.”

By aligning under one banner, United Auctions said, it enhances the auctions’ ability to serve customers with greater reach, efficiency and consistency, while still leveraging the local knowledge and relationships that have driven each brand’s success.
