American Recovery Service announced in a social media post that experienced recovery industry professional Adam Fader joined the company as vice president of client services.

According to his professional online profile, Fader has previously held a variety of similar leadership positions, including:

—Client relations and business development with MVTRAC

—Vice president of client relations and vendor oversight with Plate Locate

—Vendor relations manager with Location Services

—Assistant vice president of client and vendor services with PRA Group

“Adam has built a career centered on genuine client success and strong, collaborative vendor partnerships. His relationship-first approach reflects the core values of integrity, respect, and accountability that guide ARS,” the company said in its social media post.

“In his role, Adam will help champion our client and vendor relations strategies—delivering high-touch support, open communication, and shared success across our partner ecosystem,” ARS continued. “We’re thrilled to have his experience and perspective on the team.”

ARS will again have a place on stage during Used Car Week, which begins on Nov. 16 in San Diego, as the presenter of Women in Collections and Recoveries. ARS will lead a panel discussion with honorees who have flourished in one of the most difficult segments of auto finance.
