PCMI continued to revamp its executive team on Tuesday.

The provider of lender compliance technology and F&I administration software added Alex Maritczak as senior director of business development, bringing more than 30 years of automotive finance and financial services experience with companies such as EY and Ally Financial.

Maritczak’s arrival surfaced after PCMI hired former RouteOne executive Alexander Mandeville as well as Elizabeth Hern, who was previously with Impel, Dealer Inspire, Dealer.com.

The company said Maritczak will work closely with lenders and industry partners through TruComply — PCMI’s automated F&I loan servicing solution — to address the operational and compliance challenges surrounding F&I loan refunds.

PCMI is also asking Maritczak to work directly with lenders and industry partners to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to simplify traditionally manual processes. Through TruComply, lenders and F&I providers can connect through automated, tracked workflows that improve visibility and strengthen compliance throughout the loan refund lifecycle.

“Alex understands how lenders operate and the challenges they are trying to solve,” PCMI chief executive officer Clyde Owen said in a news release. “His experience helps us have more meaningful conversations with the market and ensures we continue supporting lenders with solutions built around their real-world needs.”

Maritczak brings extensive experience across automotive finance, strategy and operations. Prior to PCMI, he served as global auto finance & mobility leader at EY and spent more than 15 years at Ally Financial, GMAC, and DaimlerChrysler.
