This week, Drew Shull became president of floorplan financing for First Business Specialty Finance, a subsidiary of First Business Bank.
Shull will lead the subsidiary that specializes in floorplan programs that range from $1 million to more than $20 million for larger, well-established independent dealers.
Shull brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in automotive and floorplan finance with a background spanning operations, risk management, sales, and business development. He has led multi-market teams focused on portfolio growth, dealer relationships, and risk strategy, and applies that operational depth to help independent dealers structure financing that supports cash flow and growth.
“Drew’s experience in floorplan finance and his focus on building strong dealer relationships make him a strong fit to lead our floorplan financing team,” said Niamh Kristufek, who is president of specialty finance at First Business Specialty Finance.
“His background in risk management and business development will help us continue offering independent dealers financing that’s flexible and responsive to their need,” Kristufek continued in a news release.
