"VAC has done a great deal in recent years to advance their business, and I'm pleased to be a part of furthering these gains and building the VAC brand," he added.
As for Baldwin, officials said the company will be starting in Carmel with a large book of business that was successfully created by Beth Kishmarton and the team in the Cleveland office.
Company executives went on to say that the AFCD relationship is "certainly rewarding for all parties involved, especially dealers."
