CU Direct Connect Unveils New Website with Several Consumer Benefits
Earlier this week, CU Direct Connect launched its newly revamped website developed with the consumer in mind while still providing indirect auto lending services to credit unions and dealers in Colorado.
Since the company believes it has tremendous relationships with dealer and credit union partners CUDC highlighted that it's now focusing on engaging consumers with the ability to apply for auto loans online through our participating credit union partners, as well as the ability to download special discounts from auto dealer partners.
The new site was redesigned to offer quick and easy access to essential information and features that provide a more comprehensive understanding of the company's services and partnerships.
Some of the new site features include:
• Mobile friendly versions to access information from any device, anytime.
• Discounts and coupons from auto dealers participating in the CUDC program.
• Enhanced partner search to locate credit unions and dealers.
• Extensive links to online auto and credit resources.
• Improved pre-approval auto loan application to provide consumers answers in moments.
Due to their extensive experience in digital marketing and focus on user experience, CUDC partnered with local digital marketing firm Carbon8 for this project. This new website, which was created in responsive design for easy access across mobile and desktop devices, was designed to empower consumer choice and education around the vehicle-buying process.
"We were thrilled to work with Carbon8 on this project," CUDC director of marketing Marsha Marrier said. "The number of users doing online research on a mobile device increases every year, so it is imperative for businesses like CUDC to keep up with the trends and utilize adaptive technology in order to display content optimized for different devices."
Jeff Robertson, Carbon8's head of development, mentioned, "CUDC already had the internal tools and talent to carry out their mission – we simply streamlined the interface for their constituents. Consolidating various Web properties and exposing CUDC's APIs on the site allows visitors to find the information they need quickly."
And Carbon8 president Mark Mitton added, "The Web has changed. CUDC let us know that their visitors are now on a variety of devices like smartphones and tablets. We built a site that gives each individual the best experience regardless of who they are or what device they are using."
