In an effort “bring fresh energy, diverse perspectives and deep expertise to the organization,” NextGear Capital recently added three new members to its senior leadership team along with rolling out a revamped website.
Executives joining the inventory finance company for independent dealers were Tara Galloway, Jennie Kilgore and Shannon Landreth, reinforcing NextGear Capital’s “commitment to powering independent dealer success.”
Galloway is now AVP of sales for NextGear Capital after previously leading sales for Cox Automotive’s EV Battery Solutions team. NextGear highlighted Galloway has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry cultivating a deep understanding of dealer needs.
Now part of NextGear Capital as well as are Kilgore, who is AVP of product and engineering, and Landreth, who is AVP of legal.
Kilgore previously spent more than 20 years with Sallie Mae where she scaled an engineering team that launched world-class products.
Landreth, who has been with NextGear Capital since 2013, brings a strong legal and compliance background and a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory environments.

In addition to these leadership changes, NextGear Capital recently unveiled a newly redesigned website aimed at improving usability and delivering more value to independent dealers.
The company highlighted the new site features simplified navigation, an improved auction finder, and a robust resource center to help dealers manage their floor plans more efficiently.
“With new leaders on board and a modernized digital experience, NextGear Capital is well-positioned to help the 17,000 contracted independent dealers it works with, as well as new dealers it plans to bring on board, thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace,” the company said.
