RouteOne launched a new product as well as a collaboration with another technology service provider involved with auto financing.
First, the company announced details of RouteOne Insights Premium, a robust data extraction and intelligence solution designed to deliver greater insight into the complete vehicle purchase journey.
Also, Alfa has announced a new RouteOne add-on for the Alfa Systems technology platform, providing U.S. auto lenders with a pre-built connection to their dealer networks.
In today’s complex and fast-moving market, RouteOne acknowledged that finance sources need deeper visibility into key moments and decisions across the F&I process.
RouteOne Insights Premium can enable finance sources to explore meaningful patterns in operational trends, consumer activity, and contract quality, delivering a clearer understanding of the factors influencing outcomes so teams can spot opportunities sooner, refine decisioning strategies, and act with confidence.
The company highlighted Insights Premium can deliver access to more than 7,500 total data attributes from the F&I process, providing finance sources with a comprehensive view of the entire vehicle purchase journey.

Combined with next day data availability, RouteOne said finance sources can gain near real-time access to actionable intelligence that previously wasn’t available for weeks, if at all.
RouteOne chief revenue officer Jeff Belanger also pointed out that application, decisioning, aftermarket, and contracting data help uncover meaningful insights allowing financing sources to respond more quickly to industry trends, adjust decisioning strategies, and better support dealer networks.
“Finance sources are asking for clear, timely visibility into the full F&I journey — what’s happening at each step of the way. Insights Premium turns complex data into practical intelligence, so finance sources can act faster with greater confidence,” Belanger said in a news release.
RouteOne also mentioned Insights Premium can deliver:
—Broad, standardized F&I data coverage across application, decisioning, protection product, and contracting stages with the flexibility to integrate into existing business intelligence tools or utilize Route’s intelligence platform.
—Operational trends and workflow signals to identify opportunities to elevate funding speed and deal quality.
—Organization wide value, unlocking insight for all teams in risk, sales, marketing, dealer relations, BI, and compliance.
Alfa finalizes RouteOne partnership
Meanwhile, in a separate news release, Alfa explained its move to support U.S. auto finance originations through working with RouteOne.
Alfa said its powerful suite of integrations can enable straight-through originations processing, allowing Alfa Systems users to manage the end-to-end lifecycle — from initial entry through to underwriting approval and funding — within a single, centralized platform.
Dealers can submit credit applications through RouteOne and receive automated responses from finance companies in near real-time.
The add-on includes pre-built data mappings, ensuring that all necessary data points are captured for use in Alfa Systems’ versatile Business Rules Engine.
Following successful accreditation for Credit Application and Deal Refresh functionality, Alfa can now be found among RouteOne’s partners in its Connection Hub. Alfa’s extensive originations functionality for U.S. auto lenders was launched in 2024.
“The RouteOne add-on is designed to remove the friction often found in indirect lending,” Alfa director of product Emily Hammond said in the other news release. “By reducing the need for manual data verification and providing a consolidated view of the originations journey, our customers can achieve significant operational savings and focus their time on more valuable transactions.
With the addition of Deal Refresh and built-in messaging, finance providers can now compete more effectively and at scale, providing rapid responses to their dealer networks,” Hammond went on to say.
