Resolvion reinforced its management structure again on Thursday, appointing Ronald Eubanks as executive vice president of client strategy for the provider of asset recovery management solutions.

In this role, Resolvion said Eubanks will oversee enterprise-level client strategy with a focus on enhancing communication, deepening client engagement, and aligning long-term strategic direction with the evolving needs of lenders.

The company explained Eubanks’ promotion supports its broader leadership framework and commitment to delivering “a cohesive, client-focused experience.”

Claudia Plascencia, executive vice president of credit union and mid markets, continues to lead divisional strategy and operations, while Jose Mendiola, executive vice president of business development, drives the company’s growth initiatives.

Together, Resolvion chief executive officer Mike Thomas said these leaders ensure seamless alignment across service delivery, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

And Eubanks is a key part of the company’s foundation.

“Ronald has been a cornerstone of our success, consistently demonstrating a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex operations and client needs,” Thomas said in a news release. “As he steps into the role of EVP of client strategy, I am confident his leadership will be a catalyst for our next era of growth and client success.”
