Gather, which positions itself as a next-generation identity and insurance verification platform, recently announced a partnership with Mosaic Compliance Services.

The companies said in a news release that they will deliver an expanded suite of compliance, verification, and insurance solutions designed to help dealerships reduce risk, meet regulatory requirements, and close deals with confidence.

Through the partnership, Mosaic will resell Gather’s suite of products, including identity verification through CLEAR, insurance validation, and Gather’s On-Demand Auto Insurance, helping dealerships confirm buyers’ identities, verify active coverage, and ensure customers can drive off the lot without delay.

The company pointed out every customer who completes the Gather process is backed by Gather’s $1 million no-fraud guarantee.

In parallel, Gather will offer a specialized digital compliance package powered by Mosaic, extending regulatory compliance beyond the point of sale and across dealership operations.

“Compliance doesn’t stop with how customer information and documents are handled. It has to be embedded across the entire dealership,” said Ken Luna, director of partnerships at Gather.

“By partnering with Mosaic, we’re giving dealers a seamless way to verify identity and insurance at the moment it matters most, while also extending compliance through training, audits, and policy management,” Luna continued in the news release.

Founded in 2006 by automotive attorneys, Mosaic Compliance Services said it has built a reputation for helping dealerships proactively protect themselves from litigation through training, policies, audits, and certifications.

“Gather’s technology solves a critical compliance and risk gap that dealerships face every day,” said John Zwerneman, vice president of sales at Mosaic Compliance Services.

“By combining Gather’s identity and insurance verification with Mosaic’s digital compliance expertise, we’re offering dealers a more complete and practical approach to compliance — one that fits the realities of today’s showroom,” Zwerneman said.
