Dilawri’s newest dealership stands alone.
Indeed, Genesis Downtown Vancouver, now open for business, is the first standalone Genesis dealership in British Columbia and the province’s first facility built to the brand’s Genesis Retail Experience standard.
In a news release, Dilawri said newly constructed sales and service facility is a “major milestone” for Genesis on Canada’s West Coast and reaffirms the dealership group’s commitment to “delivering exceptional luxury experiences” across the country.
The 15,000-square foot, two-story facility reflects the next evolution of Genesis retail design and hospitality, Dilawri said, displaying the Korean-inspired architecture of GRX dealerships, and designed to provide a “unique sensory experience” centered around the comfort and convenience of guests.
The open-concept showroom features display space for three vehicles, with exhibition areas that allow guests to view models from multiple vantage points in a double-height, light-filled space.
As a GRX location, Genesis Downtown Vancouver is designed to integrate with the brand’s omni-channel retail model, offering Genesis at Home concierge services such as at-home test drives, valet pickup for service and end-to-end online transactions supported by the flagship facility.

The service area, which features eight bays on two floors, is designed to meet Genesis EV Lab standards to service the next generation of electric vehicles. It also includes open and private guest lounges and an interior customer lounge with a vaulted canopy, lounge table and a self-service beverage bar.
Dilawri co-founder Ajay Dilawri said the new dealership supports the growth of the Genesis brand in Vancouver.
“Genesis Downtown Vancouver reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful design, premium service and delivering the elevated purchase and ownership experience the brand is known for,” he said.
