Dealership software provider Reynolds and Reynolds is collaborating with Kimoby, to help Quebec dealers collect payments efficiently.
The partnership gives Reynolds’ dealership customers in Quebec access to Kimoby Pay, an electronic payment processing system that can be used in store or online and includes the ability to satisfy payments for service invoicing in French.
“We’re excited to partner with Kimoby and look forward to helping our dealers in the province with payment processing,” Reynolds vice president of product management Scott Worthington said. “Kimoby’s ability to integrate French into the payment process will help our customers in Quebec continue to maximize their potential.
“Thanks to this partnership, Reynolds customers have the option to meet the needs and expectations of their own customers.”
Reynolds said it seeks to help dealers be EMV compliant, reduce transposition errors, improve reconciliation processes and create a retail experience similar to other large retailers with the use of automatic email notifications.
Kimoby is a dealership engagement system designed to optimize customer interactions by automating routine tasks and helping dealerships communicate more effectively with customers, providing updates from the initial appointment through to final payment.

“Today’s consumers expect a convenient and streamlined experience,” Kimoby director of strategic initiatives and partnerships Nathan MacKenzie said. “As digital experiences with brands become more personalized, customers say their satisfaction grows. That’s why it’s vital to be able to provide service customers with a modern method for paying for maintenance and repairs.”
