Nordis Technologies expands three key departments with trio of new executives

Nordis Technologies appointed three executives last week, saying the moves reflect the company’s commitment to scaling its operations and enhancing its service delivery to support continued growth.
The personnel additions by the omnichannel customer communications management and payments technology solutions provider included:
—Chris Burgess as senior director of information technology and security
—Alissa Embry as director of people and culture
—Chip Bunnell as director of client success
Burgess oversees IT infrastructure, network operations and cybersecurity strategy for the company’s expanding operations and Expresso customer communications management (CCM) platform enhancements.
Previously, he served in IT infrastructure and security leadership positions at Greenlane Holdings, Yokohama Off-Highway Tires Americas and Spire Corporation.
In her role as head of people and culture, Embry leads key aspects of human resources, driving talent acquisition and organizational development and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
Before joining Nordis, she was senior director of HR Business Partnering for Citrix. Embry previously held HR leadership roles at ThreatQuotient, Endgame and Sourcefire, now part of Cisco.
Bunnell oversees client success portfolio management, focusing on enhancing client relationships and ensuring exceptional user experiences with the Expresso CCM platform.
Prior to joining Nordis, he held key account management and sales and training leadership positions with Serta Simmons Bedding, Being Valued and West Creek Financial, now Koalafi.
