Last week, Solutions by Text (SBT) and Lightico announced a strategic partnership to deliver real-time messaging capabilities to finance companies.

The relationship blends SBT’s real-time conversational platform with Lightico’s solution to help auto-finance providers grow their business.

Clients can leverage the integrated real-time messaging solutions to communicate with consumers over text, collect underwriting documents over multimedia messaging service (MMS) instead of traditional email or web uploads, and send timely alerts directly to applicant phones.

It’s all geared to reduce touch points and friction throughout the origination process, accelerating time to funding and increasing conversion rates.
