The Presidio Group served as exclusive financial advisor on the Series B financing of Carputty to accelerate expansion of its embedded finance platform across the automotive industry.
This latest round of financing brings the total capital invested in Carputty — a fintech company modernizing vehicle financing and ownership — to more than $40 million.
The capital raised will support continued growth initiatives, including expansion of the Carputty’s advanced loan origination and servicing capabilities and the integration of its embedded finance infrastructure more deeply across the automotive ecosystem.
The Series B round included a new investment from a global online vehicle technology leader alongside continued support from existing investors TTV Capital, Fontinalis Partners and Kickstart Fund.
Carputty said the financing reflects continued investor interest in simplifying vehicle financing and ownership while creating new opportunities for dealers, lenders and automotive technologies that enable scalability.
“This milestone is a testament to Carputty’s vision and progress in leveraging technology to improve the customer experience and drive increased revenue for our auto industry partners,” Carputty co-founder and CEO Patrick Bayliss said in a news release from Presidio Group.

“Our Flexloan and Flexline products are designed to solve the friction inherent in traditional auto lending,” Bayliss continued. “Our scalable platform provides dealers and our other partners with the AI-powered tools they need to drive higher conversion rates, reduce operational overhead and foster lifelong consumer relationships.”
The company’s technology can enable a transparent, click-to-buy experience for consumers while providing a powerful customer retention tool.
The platform can be integrated into partner workflows, supporting the purchase of additional high-margin products such as extended service plans or aftermarket add-ons and providing a superior profit opportunity for every partner involved.
“The Carputty platform integrates with several of our products and is improving consumer access to auto financing while creating meaningful efficiencies for our dealers,” said David Aeschbacher, chief technology officer at AutoManager, a dealership management system and technology company supporting approximately 5,000 independent dealerships nationwide.
This Series B financing follows Carputty’s evolution to an asset-light and rapidly scalable embedded finance model that aligns the interests of technology, underwriting and capital partners.
“Consumers increasingly expect financing to be as flexible and easy to use as the other digital services they rely on every day,” Presidio Group CEO Brodie Cobb said. “We’re seeing strong interest from investors in companies that remove friction from the vehicle ownership experience and create effortless connections between consumers, dealers and lenders. Carputty has positioned itself at the intersection of those trends.”
