This week, Byrider Franchising Partners announced a significant investment to modernize its proprietary Discover software platform.
The buy-here, pay-here dealership franchise company said the initiative reflects Byrider’s 36-year commitment to advancing franchisee success through “resilient, efficient, and future-ready technology solutions.”
Discover supports every aspect of dealership operations, from vehicle acquisition and reconditioning to sales, underwriting, service, collections, and accounting.
Byrider said the modernization effort will deliver key enhancements, including:
—Enhanced user experience: A modern, intuitive interface that streamlines workflows, accelerates employee onboarding, and improves team engagement.
—Future-ready architecture: A standardized framework designed for faster innovation, greater scalability, and seamless integration with third-party systems.
—Elevated customer experience: More efficient processes to enable quicker responses, streamlined deal structures, and a smoother customer journey.
To execute this transformation, Byrider has partnered with Clean Slate Technology Group, a firm specializing in large-scale technology modernization.
Byrider Franchising Partners CEO Mike Onda emphasized the importance of this investment.
“This modernization represents a transformative leap forward in delivering world-class technology to our franchisees,” Onda said in a news release. “The new Discover platform will empower our partners to operate more efficiently, compete more effectively, and scale confidently in their markets.
“It reflects our unwavering commitment to fueling innovation, providing a first-rate customer experience, and ensuring success across the Byrider system,” he added.
In addition to upgrading its technology, Byrider also said it’s preparing to relocate to a new corporate headquarters — internally referred to as the Franchise Support Center — by year-end.
Byrider highlighted the expanded facility will provide enhanced resources and collaborative space to strengthen franchisee support and position the company for continued growth.
