Sometimes a vehicle’s paint needs a touchup. That’s what Protective Asset Protection did with one of its F&I offerings.
This week, Protection Asset Protection refreshed its paint and fabric product, which is now called Appearance Protection
The company highlighted this program offers a full spectrum of interior and exterior protection solutions, now including standard, ceramic, and advanced graphene options, designed to keep vehicles looking showroom-new for years to come.
Protective said the new Appearance Protection program can provide dealers and consumers with a streamlined, comprehensive coverage package. Notable enhancements include:
—Broader coverage: Now featuring exclusionary language for simplified claims, increased limits for UV-induced rips and tears, and expanded eligibility and terms.
—New benefits: Added protection for headlight lens clarity, factory wheel cleaning, and black trim molding.
—Flexible protection agents: Dealers can choose from traditional, ceramic, or ceramic graphene-based protectants, setting Protective’s program apart from many competitors.
—Improved technology: Utilizing Nanoxide nanotechnology, the product forms a molecular bond with vehicle surfaces, creating a durable, invisible shield against environmental and everyday hazards.
Protective’s Appearance Protection can guard against a wide range of threats, including sun-induced fading, oxidation, hard water spotting, stains, rips, tears, tree sap, insects, and more.
The interior solution can defend against food and beverage spills, pet stains, ink, dyes, makeup, and damaging UV rays, helping customers maintain their vehicle’s value and appearance.
Protective acknowledged that appearance protection is increasingly important in today’s automotive market, as modern vehicles are exposed to more environmental hazards than ever before, and consumers expect their investment to retain its value and appeal.
By offering Protective’s expanded Appearance Protection, the company said dealers can deliver greater peace of mind to customers while driving additional revenue streams through value-added F&I solutions.
“Protecting a vehicle’s appearance is about more than aesthetics. It’s about preserving value, enhancing safety, and ensuring long-term satisfaction for today’s discerning car and truck owners,” said Joe Nuszkowski, vice president and head of product for Protective Asset Protection.
“Our expanded Appearance Protection program not only provides comprehensive coverage but also gives dealers a powerful tool to increase profit potential and build lasting customer relationships,” Nuszkowski added.
