The American Recovery Association packed an agenda for its next information webinar, with a trio of experts set to discuss four of the most pressing topics impacting repossession agents nowadays.
The session also is scheduled to include two of the industry representatives in Washington, D.C., who plan to give an update on what’s happening on Capitol Hill.
It’s all set to begin at 2 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday.
Those four critical topics include:

—What type of wrongful repossession lawsuits are we seeing, where are they coming from, and how do we slow them down?
